Hotel Jezero in Palić , tucked away into a centenary forest, located at only 50m from the Women’s Lido, on the shore of Lake Palić, and separated from the Park Hotel by the old Grand Terrace. Built in 1903, it was given the name Grand Hotel.

Leović Palace is the oldest art nouveau style family house in Subotica and in the whole of Vojvodina. It was designed by Ödön Lehner and Gyula Pártos and built in 1893.

Ličina, Svetislav born in 1931, the designer of the Green Fountain. He graduated from the Faculty of Architecture in Belgrade. Designed many buildings and facilities (Faculty of Philology in Belgrade, the Museum of Revolution of the Peoples and Nations of Yugoslavia in New Belgrade, Square of the Defenders of Belgrade) and public monuments . He is a professor at the Faculty of Architecture in Belgrade and was awarded by many prizes and awards.

Literat, Fabian a courtier of Jovan Nenad the Emperor, Franciscan priest, from Ilok. His sculpture is in the centre of the city.

Lake Ludoš located east from Palić in the heart of the old Ludoš Desert. The cradle of the lake is relatively small, and it receives water influx from the Kereš River and the Lake Palić canal. The water in Lake Ludoš has always contained less salt than the water of Lake Palić, thus it was always full of fish. Most likely, it was the reason why the shores of Lake Ludoš were always populated, a fact supported by archeological findings, that go as far back as 7000 years. Lake Ludoš is a protected natural reserve, rich in birds, and its shore is a precious archeological site even today.

Lutovo Brandy: Ljutovo is a village located at the far North of the Bačka District, 10km Southeast of Subotica. Ljutovo is situated on the crossing from Subotička desert into Bačka land-plateau, favourable for various agricultural productions. Local residents mainly deal with fruit growing, vegetable gardening and crop farming. Ljutovo village is known by Ljutovo Brandy and domestic wines.
