PROJECT BENEFITS:

o    CITY OF SUBOTICA - will prepare project documentation (technical plans, conservation study and study of tourist valorization) for restoration of the City Hall and put secession brown tourist signs on highway Belgrade - Horgos.

o    TOURISTIC ORGANISATION OF THE CITY OF SUBOTICA -  will create cross-border and local secession thematic route (creation database, making itineraries, marking thematic route with browns signs, purchasing touchscreen dispays) and will be in charge for promotion, strengthening tourist offer (promotional materials, joint road show travelling exhibition, local souvenirs, storytelling tourist show), networking and visibility (joint secession photo contest, join exhibition). Benefit for organisation would be increased knowledge and level of cooperation of employees, upgraded tourist product of City of Subotica, new promotional materials etc.
